We are supplying two types of products on our website. 1-The apparel printed on demand with our unique designs, and  2-accessories to complete your outfit. Please check below the policy on return and refund for both categories.

APPARELS PRINTED ON DEMAND

The printing companies we are associated with, do not accept any returns if a customer changes their mind or if the size is wrongly ordered. However, if a customer has a genuine printing concern about a product received,  such as arriving faulty (things like damaged in transit, misprinted, faulty garment, etc.) then you'll need to get in touch with us to supply a photo and description of the fault. We'll then replace or refund based on what you want, as long as the defect is determined to be a genuine print, product or shipping issue. For this, please get in touch at info@lov-tribe.com. We are LOV-TRIBE. We will work it out.

We want you to be happy with your product but if for some reasons you are not satisfied with your items, arrived faultily, or not as described. Any accessories products listed above are protected. You will be able to request a full refund and return the item, or keep the item and agree on a partial refund with us.

Your purchase is protected if:

- The item was purchased on our website.
- The item you received was damaged, defective, or substantially different from the item represented on the product detail page.
- Your order did not arrive not due to factors related to the buyer (for example: the wrong shipping address was provided).
- Your account is in good standing.
- Your item is returned to the seller due to customs duties (customs clearance/taxes are not included).

However the following situations are not included in our refund/return policy:

1. An item you claim is not as described, but we can prove that it is.
2. Items are as described, but you no longer want them, or you have ordered the wrong size.

If your item respect the return/refund policy described above:

-Please make sure that your returned items must be in new and unused condition and still have their original packaging attached to them. 
-You are (The customer) responsible for return postage costs.
-Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
-You will receive a full refund and return the item, or keep the item and agree a partial refund with us for any product listed above, under the category accessories, outside of any printed apparels and printed bags, in accordance with the terms of our return policy excluding the costs of returning to us.

When you receive a product that was bought and paid for on our site, and you find it is not as described or is of low quality, you can contact us to resolve these problems at info@lov-tribe.com as described above. You will then be able to request a full refund and return the item at your own expenses, or keep the item and possibly agree on a partial refund. You can submit a refund request up to 8 days after your order has been completed.

It takes 3 to 7 business days for processing your order and shipping takes about 10 to 17 business days to be delivered; However to comply with our 100% guarantee, delivery starts the moment the item has shipped out, and our scope of delivery for refund is within 60 days (90 days for deliveries to Russia,120 days for deliveries to Brazil). However, don't worry, you are protected if you don't receive your order on time. You can submit a refund request up to 8 days after the complying time has been completed.

APPARELS PRINTED ON DEMAND

If a product is not delivered within the estimated delivery time, we would ask for a delivery address confirmation to eliminate that as a possible issue and we would as you to check with the local post office to confirm there have not been any delivery notification issues. If the order is not delivered, let us know and we will then look into it for you. If we do determine the order is lost, we will issue a refund or a reshipment.
